What this site collects about you, what it does with it, and what to do about the owner names and mailing addresses that county public records put inside the parcel files themselves.
Data Accuracy and No Warranty
Everything here is published for reference and education. It is a point-in-time copy of a county's records, it is not survey-grade, and it settles nothing about a boundary or a title.
Removal and Takedown Requests
Two routes, on one page: asking us to remove personal information from the copies we publish, and telling us as a rights holder that something should not be published at all.
The short version
This site republishes copies of county public records. We did not create the records, we cannot correct them, and we publish them for reference and education — not for you to rely on when something is at stake. Before a file here decides anything, check it against the county.
Parcel records contain owner names and mailing addresses because state law makes those records public. If that is your name, the county is the only place that can change the official record — but we will act on the copies we publish. Ask us here.
Everything on this site is free. Credits are a way of rationing access and rewarding contribution; they are not money and they cannot be bought, sold or cashed out.
